On this screen, enter the area code (if needed) and the local dial-up number you will be using. Click 'Next', then click 'Finish'; this will create a new icon in your Dial-Up Networking folder called 'Leapfrog Internet'.
Right cllick
once on the Leapfrog Internet icon in Dial-Up Networking folder to highlight
it, then go to 'File' and select 'Properties'. The window below will appear;
please verify that the number the computer will be dialing is a local
call.
Click on the 'Server Type' tab and uncheck the 'Enable software compression', 'NetBEUI' and 'IPX/SPX Compatible' boxes. Make sure 'TCP/IP' is checked, then click on the TCP/IP button.
Make sure the TCP/IP settings box looks like this, then hit OK, and then OK again to get you back to the Dialup Networking folder.
All we need to do now is create a shortcut on your desktop for a fast and easy connection to the Internet. Right-click on the 'Leapfrog' icon we've created and click on 'Create Shortcut'.
Click on 'Yes' to create a shortcut on your desktop.
Now, on your
desktop, you will see an icon that says "Shortcut to Leapfrog Internet".
Double-click on this icon and type in your login name with an lfi (short

if your login name is john, enter lfijohn). At the end of your
user name, enter the appropriate network extension from one of the tables
below. Your network code was either sent to you in a welcome email if
you signed up over the phone or was on the confirmation page if you signed
up online:
