4. You can count on integrity throughout your dealings with us. We
do our best to represent our company, its products and services with forthright
honesty. Our tehnicians and staff are all trained to handle inquiries
and requests in a consistent manner so you can be assured that the information
provided to you will be consistent and honest.
5. We return your calls! It seems like a simple expectation, but
how often do you hear that calls go unreturned, especially in the tech
support department. We offer competent tech support, and even if a tech
support team member is not immediately available to take your phone call,
you may record your name, username and phone number to reach you, and
your call will be returned, often within 15 minutes, but occasionally
up to 1 hour at peak times.

to compare ISPs beyond the tangible criteria is to see what the actual
