If you are connected to Leapfrog but have trouble viewing certain or all web pages, please follow the process below: 1. Verify that you are in fact connected to the Internet. Sometimes your connection will drop without you being aware of it. When you try to go to a web page, you will get an error message that the page cannot be displayed. If you are unsure if you are still connected or not, please go through your disconnect procedures and connect again. 2. Clear
your Temporary Internet Files. When you browse the Internet, your
computer will save the web pages you view in a Temporary Internet Files
folder so that if you ever wish to view them again, you will be able to
pull them off of your computer instead of having to download them each
and every time. Occasionally this folder gets full, and you aren't able
to add any more files to the folder, and therefore your browser won't
display the web page you are trying to visit. 3. Check your DNS Settings. By default, your computer will have your DNS settings set to 'Server Assigned'. You would have had to gone into these settings purposefully to change them to something else, so if these settings do not seem familiar to you, or you don't know what they are, please do not try changing them. If you have changed them to static IP addresses, please try changing them to server assigned if you are able. If you do need static IP addresses, please choose from any of our and see if that solves the problem. 4. Disconnect and Reboot. If neither of the three steps above have solved the issue, please disconnect from the Internet, reboot your computer and try again. 5. Contact Leapfrog Technical Support. If none of the above steps have worked, please contact our technical support department at support@leapmail.net or 877.266.4858 to make us aware of the problem. Once it has reached this stage, about 50% of the time the issues lies within Leapfrog, and about 50% of the time the issue is with one of the main root DNS servers on the Internet and is beyond the control of Leapfrog.
