What you need to get started:

1. An account with Leapfrog Internet
2. Your username
3. Your password
4. Your Local Access number

Configuring Email Settings
Open Netscape 6.0, go to 'Tasks', then 'Mail and Newsgroups'; if the wizard does not open automatically, click the 'New Account' button to start the wizard. Select 'ISP or email provider' and then click 'Next'.

Enter your name in the "Your Name" box so that people will know who the email message is from. You can enter your name any way that you would like such as John Doe, John and Mary Doe or The Doe Family. In the "Email Address" box type your email address as username@leapmail.net and click 'Next'.

The next screen is for entering your server information. Enter the information exactly as it is in the below box and click 'Next'.

Make sure that your entire email address is entered in this field as username@leapmail.net and click 'Next'.

The next screen will have your account name set to your email address. That is fine and can be left as is.

Click the 'Finish' button and you are ready to send and recieve email.

The first time you check your email the below password box will open. Enter your password in all small letters. If you check the box that says 'Use Password Manager to remember this password' you will not be prompted for the password again.
