ISDN Internet Services At Leapfrog
Internet, we understand that network reliability is critical for your
business productivity. That is why our ISDN service comes with Priority
Technical Support*. This means that our technical support team will
respond immediately to all ISDN service interruptions, and, whenever applicable,
will supply a temporary account for your usage whenever the primary ISDN
account is interrupted for more than two hours.
* Priority Technical Support- our ability to provision a temporary account will depend entirely on the nature of the outage. For example, if Leapfrog is experiencing authentication issues and a temporary account will allow our customers to access the network, we will provision the temporary account at our expense. However, if as an example there is a fiber cut and provisioning a second account will not allow our customers to access the network, we will not provision the temporary account. We will use our sole discretion to determine whether or not to provision a temporary account. **Number of hours is listed as channel hours. 128K ISDN utilizes two channels of 64K each for maximum throughput of 128K. For example, if you are using both channels at 128K for sixty minutes, that would be consider two channel hours (one hour on each 64K channel). To maximize usage, you can set your modem for shorter timeout settings (it will disconnect after a few minutes of inactivity then reconnect seamlessly when needed) and/or you can use a 'dynamic bandwidth allocation' setting which uses one channel by default, then 'kicks on' the second channel only when needed. Both of these settings will help maximize your usage and minimize your cost. ***We do
offer term discounts, which are approximately 5% for semi-annual plans
and approximately 10% for annual plans.

If you would like your company to be invoiced for your service, you will need to fill out and fax us the OR fax us a copy of a valid Purchase Order from your company. Users who choose to make payments via check will incur a $3.00 per month handling fee on each invoice. This fee does not apply to users who prepay for services one year in advance.
