We provide three types of Business Internet dialup plans:

-BUSINESS BASIC for occasional or light usage accounts,
-BUSINESS PLUS for active Internet accounts, and
-BUSINESS DEDICATED for an always-on connection.

ACCOUNT FEATURES
Extreme Connectivity- Our business dial backbone is built specifically for commercial use. Our Business Plus account also allows you an average of 16 hours of usage per day.

VPN- Leapfrog offers an open platform so that you can use whatever VPN software you like- there are no compatibility issues. Many of our current Fortune 500 customers have come to us because they couldn't make it work with their old ISP.

Admin- Leapfrog gives YOU the tools to manage your user accounts. You can manage the account on your time schedule, not waiting on hold forever waiting for the next support rep from one of the big ISPs.

Support- Leapfrog handles all support based on your requirements. You can simply direct your users to call us with questions and we will take on all the ISP-related support functions. All of our business customers are supported by Level 2 techs. This means that you will always get someone on the phone who is experienced and knowledgeable and can help you right away without having to go through entry-level support techs.

SOHO Users- If you are having a hard time coming up with solutions for your home-based users, Leapfrog offers nationwide 128K ISDN and business-class DSL.

Road Warriors- We have an easy-to-use dialer that has a list of all the access numbers already loaded. When a user is traveling, all he/she needs to do is pull down the local access number, check the setting to dial an outside number, and they're online in seconds!

No contract is required for these discounts, and pricing is determined by how many active accounts there are in one billing cycle. Billing Options



Leapfrog Internet accepts payments via VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX or automatic check or savings withdrawal. Any user who wishes to pay by automatic check or savings withdrawal must fill out the ACH Form and send it in for approval prior to service commencement.

If you would like your company to be invoiced for your service, you will need to fill out and fax us the Credit Application OR fax us a copy of a valid Purchase Order from your company. Users who choose to make payments via check will incur a $3.00 per month handling fee on each invoice. This fee does not apply to users who prepay for services one year in advance.

Note: There will be a NSF charge of $35.00 for all checks or automatic withdrawals from bank accounts that are returned for non-sufficient funds. Also, Leapfrog reserves the right to charge a $1.00 fee for each time a credit/debit card presented for payment is declined by the cardholder's issuing bank.
