Why we are
Leapfrog Internet was founded several years ago on three main principles:

Affordability- You'll notice that Leapfrog keeps it's price around 30% below the cost of the larger ISPs. Because we do not spend millions developing proprietary software and bundling it together, we can pass the savings to you. This also gives you the freedom to customize your own Internet experience. You can use whatever browser, email program, VPN software, Instant Messenger, etc., etc., that you'd like! A lot of people call this "more for less".

Exceptional Performance- We recognize that people do not like busy signals or slow connections. As a result, we have put together a network that utilizes the best Internet backbones in the business. Not only will busy signals be extremely rare, but 9 out of 10 of our customers experience a higher throughput than their previous ISP.

Superior Support- We have committed to keeping the layers of the company flat, so that customers can call up and get sales, billing or technical support without having to wait on hold forever, go through multiple phone menus, or get passed along from one support rep to another. At Leapfrog, all of our representatives our cross-trained in most or all areas of support. More than likely, when you call us, your question or problem will be resolved on that first call. And although we have grown a lot since those first years, we still strive to maintain that small-company feel.

Where we are
Leapfrog Internet is based in the Denver, Colorado area. Our main office is in Breckenridge, Colorado with a call center in Denver. We have two separate and redundant Network Operation Centers, one in California and one in Texas.
